About Kvit1

At Rigshospitalets Radiological Clinic, the idea arose to use the already existing IT technology and let it merge with the Internet and the mail system in an external database.

The breakthrough was the idea of sorting data according to the records that were in the individual rooms (a physical unit).

Registration of data could be created under any device.

KVIT 1 stored the record, and this record of control points could be preserved, and produced graphically and automatically emailed to technicians if there was a need to pass on a record.

KVIT 1 was developed in collaboration with RH’s quality coordinator, an external IT company and an external consultant.

It should be easy to handle

The staff should not be exposed in the registration of data, and data should be able to be displayed in summary form.

Registrations have been created in the department’s 40 rooms with an average of 5 different data from each, every day.

This gives approx. 4000 data per month. All this data is presented in a simple and clear way.

KVIT 1 is ready for a larger forum. KVIT 1 can help quality assurance and documentation. KVIT can be used as a management tool and for determining equipment reliability and service life.
